The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 27.08.2022. 1 / 4

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police is ready to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 27.08.2022. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police for enquiry and the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2022 and to take suitable action on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
