ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner herein by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 17.07.2019.
2.The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the third respondent. On the basis of the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared and third respondent gave a statement that in respect of the family property issue trouble was arose and she will not make any trouble. Because of the difference of opinion between herself and her husband she is living separately. Since undertaking has been given by the third respondent that she will not make any trouble to the petitioner, nothing survives for further consideration and the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
