Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S. DEVASENA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner was granted suspense of sentence by this Court on condition that he should report on the first working day of every month before the Court below. Seeking modification of the said condition, this criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed. 2.I am of the view that this is a standard and routine condition that has to be necessarily imposed to ensure that the appellant after securing suspense of sentence does not abscond. However, taking note of the age of the petitioner herein, the condition earlier imposed is modified and the petitioner is directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7495 of 2019 to report before the Court below once in three months on the first working day.

3.With this modification, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands allowed.
