It is stated by the learned Government Advocate that the order of the Writ Court has been challenged in W.A.(MD).No.153 of 2020 and the same is pending. While that be so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the present Contempt Petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedies subject to the outcome of the final decision in the Writ Appeal.
