********* (Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR,J) This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Ceritorari calling for the records pertaining to the impugned possession notice, dated 05.08.2022 issued by the respondents/Bank and to quash the same as illegal. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the conditional order passed by this Court in the above Writ Petition, dated 17.08.2022 has been complied with.

4.In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. It is open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before the Debts Recovery Tribunal by filing an appeal as per the provisions of 2/4

the SARFAESI Act, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
