This Petition is filed to permit the Petitioner to take substituted service for the sixth respondent by causing an advertisement in a vernacular daily newspaper like ''Malai Malar''.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition for substituted service is allowed and the Petitioner is permitted to effect paper publication for service of notice on the sixth respondent in one issue of Tamil daily namely, Malai Malar of cuddalore edition, where the sixth respondent lastly resides, for the hearing on 28.10.2025.
