This writ petition has been filed, seeking to call for the entire records in connection with the impugned order of the third respondent dated 02.06.2015 in Letter No.007192/139/Nepe1/ENeVu/Ko.Va.Way/2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to provide suitable appointment on compassionate ground to the petitioner by considering his educational qualification.
