ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9687 of 2025 dated 30.03.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition from 30.03.2026, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
