ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to disburse the Employee Provident Fund, Gratuity and to grant pension to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 22.09.2015.

2.According to the petitioner, seeking disbursement of EPF, Gratuity and pension, he submitted a representation on 22.09.2015 to the respondents and non consideration of the same has resulted in filing of the present writ petition with the above prayer. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the respective respondents submitted that the grievance of the petitioner would be looked into on merits.

4.Under such circumstances, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2015, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
