Prayer: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS directing the 2nd Respondent to consider petitioner representation/objection Petition dated 25.05.2026 if any documents filed by the Respondents 3 to 8 for Registration in connection with our House Property bearing old Survey No.242/1, New Survey No.242/7, 242/8, 242/9 an extent of 5920 square feet house, New door No. 60/34 situated at Thelungapatty, Porundalur Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District in the light of the Lok Adalat Court Award passed in Lok Adalat case No. 75 of 2009 in O.S. No. 25 of 2009 on the file of the Sub Court Kulithalai dated 06.08.2009 and pass such further order or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the fact and circumstances of the case and thus render justice. ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to consider the petitioner's objection dated 25.05.2026.

2. Heard Mr.R.Murugappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Parthiban, learned Government Standing Counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as far as the survey number in question in New Door No.60/34 situated at Thelungapatty, Porundalur Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District is concerned by virtue of the binding Lok Adalat Award between the parties, the same has to be kept for worshipping and it cannot be dealt with or alienated by the private respondents. Therefore, the petitioner has made the above objections. The same is not taken up and therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. The petitioner has also paid the requisite charges for taking the objections on file.

4. I have also heard the learned Government Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

5. This writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage without notice to the respondents 3 to 8. This Court is not expressing any opinion with reference to the merits of the averments that are made in the affidavit.

6. When the petitioner has made an objection in accordance with law, he cannot insist the Sub Registrar to take up the same and conduct an enquiry. If only a document is presented, the Sub Registrar shall issue notice to the executants / claimants under the document as well as the petitioner, who has submitted the objection and decide the matter in accordance with law.

7. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the objection dated 25.05.2026, as and when any document is presented by the petitioner in the manner known to law. No costs. 15.06.2026 rgm
