For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1480 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A3, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 406, 420, 468, 471, 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.1480 of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This is the second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier, the petitioner has filed an anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13772 of 2020 and the same was dismissed on 02.12.2020 on the ground that the petitioner and other accused have committed a very https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD).No.15500 of 2020 serious offence as against the society and not only fabricated Patta and also fabricated the seal of the Tahsildar and hence, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much necessary in this case.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances in the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
