ORDER

The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to survey the land of the petitioner in Madakulam Village, Madurai Corporation, Ward No.21, Block II, Town Survey No.23, for which he has given a representation, dated 25.10.2016.

2.Though the petitioner has come out with the said prayer, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that if the petitioner's representation, dated 25.10.2016 is directed to be considered, the petitioner would be satisfied. 3.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondent and with the consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4.In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner, dated 25.10.2016 for the purpose of surveying his land and pass necessary orders thereon and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
