[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors/respondents for the wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD)No.7911 of 2025 dated 21.03.2025

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that this Court while disposing the writ petition in W.P(MD)No.7911 of 2025 dated 21.03.2025 had directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.11.2024 by giving an opportunity of hearing the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. The respondent pursuant to the same, have issued notice to the petitioner for his appearance on 10.06.2025 regarding issuance of Page No.2 of 5

community certificate, where as the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent for enquiry and that is the reason for not complying with the order.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent on 28.07.2025 and the third respondent shall consider the representation and pass orders within a period of four weeks therefrom.

5. With the above direction,the contempt petition stands disposed of.
