This Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor/respondent for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.3781 of 2022, dated 01.03.2022 and punish him under the Contempt of Court Act.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 01.03.2022, final report is made ready and the same is going to be filed before the concerned Court.
