ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9498 of 2026 dated 20.05.2026.
2.Heard both sides.
3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition from 20.05.2026, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks, and thereafter as and when required for the interrogation.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
