Contemnors/ Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to initiate contempt proceedings under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the contemnors / respondents herein for their wilful disobedience to the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.16428 of 2018, dated 26.07.2018 and punish them accordingly.

O R D E R

With the issuance of proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2098/A2/2017, dated 19.03.2021, the approval that has been sought in regard to the appointment of the petitioner stands granted and order dated 26.07.2018 has been complied with.

2. As regards the benefits, since the School Correspondent has not been arrayed as party in this contempt petition, it is open to the petitioner to pursue the matter with the School which shall in tandem with the concerned authorities pay over the benefits, within a period of four weeks from today. This Contempt Petition is closed.
