The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to furnish the correct details of the petitioner's loan account in TN0181300101172 and further direct him to provide the calculation memo to show how the EMI penalty, interest for the principal amount has been arrived, which comes into Rs.10,53,458/- from the loan amount of Rs.2,00,000/- in the year 2004. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter was referred to the mediation and the dispute between the parties has been settled amicably and subsequently, the petitioner repaid the loan amount of Rs.5,50,000/-.

4.The learned counsel for the respondent has not disputed the above fact.

5.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
