ORDER

The petitioner has filed a petition before the first respondent seeking conferment of permanent status. The petition was taken on file as CPS.No.36 of 2011 by the first respondent. The petitioner's grievance is that till date, no order is passed. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's petition in C.P.S.No.36 of 2011 on merits in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
