ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate appropriate action to remove the rubbish and filth from the Natham Survey No.594/3, Perur Village, Musiri Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District on the eastern and southern side of the property of the petitioner in Door No.1/150, Muthuraja Street, Perur Kudi Street, Perur and to direct them to restrain the respondents 4 to 6 from digging any pit and dumping waste in the subject property.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the 2/4

representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 21.06.2022, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
