ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent No.2 police to dispose of CSR.No.467 of 2023 dated 29.05.2023 filed by the petitioner. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the unofficial respondent No.3 has borrowed an amount of Rs.5,30,000/- from the petitioner. When he has failed to repay the same, the petitioner stated to have filed a petition before the respondent No.2 police, who has registered the same as CSR.No.1011 of 2022 and the said petition came to be closed based on the undertaking given by the respondent No.3 herein that he would repay the amount on or before December, 2022. However, the respondent No.3 could not keep up his promise, thereby the petitioner has filed one more complaint and the same is registered as CSR.No.467 of 2023.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the police are not disposing of the complaint given by him against the respondent No.3. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the police will dispose of C.S.R.No.467 of 2023 by following due procedure within two weeks. The same is recorded.
