The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to expedite the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.7797/2013/AA5.
2. It appears that the above said proceedings pending before the second respondent arises out of Patta proceedings. Therefore, it is for the second respondent to dispose of the appeal pending before him, after hearing the petitioner as well as the rival parties. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing both sides, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
