No.203 of 2009 dated 9.7.2019 on the file of Principal District Court, Madurai and allow this Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court, and letter in D.No.1639 Dated 11.03.2021 received from the Principal District Judge, Madurai for seeking further one month time to dispose the case, and this Court made the following order: By order dated 27.08.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of O.S.No.203 of 2009 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.1639 dated 11.03.2020 wherein, the learned Judge stating that earlier, by order dated 13.07.2020, this Court has granted extension of eight months. Thereafter, examination of defendant side evidence was done and arguments were heard and the matter was reserved for judgment, but for certain clarification, the matter was again listed, has requested for extension of one month to comply with the above order dated 27.08.2019.

3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.
