O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by V. BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's husband, by name, Kuppusamy, aged about 38 years, found missing and alleging that the 4th respondent has illegally detained him, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first respondent police. Since no action has been taken to secure the detenu, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. Today, the respondent police secured the detenue and produced before this Court and on enquiry, he stated that he was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P(MD)No.1471 of 2021 illegally detained by the 4th respondent, subsequently, he was released. Now, he wants to join with the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submission, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
