Heard both sides.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the name of the petitioner's locality was sought to be changed as "TGM Pasupathi Nagar". The first respondent had already passed order in this regard. The second respondent is directed to ensure that the petitioner's locality is known only as "Rasi Nagar". It is not enough to blacken the words "TGM Pasupathi Nagar" in the name board. The second respondent should also write "Rasi Nagar" in the place of "TGM Pasupathi Nagar" in the petition mentioned name board. 3.The writ petition is allowed accordingly.
