O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is for a mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 11.09.2016 submitted to the 1st respondent as against the proceedings of the 2nd respondent passed in Na.Ka.No.2286/2016 NtNrr dated 09.09.2016 regarding the waiver of the agricultural loan availed by the petitioner from the 4th respondent society. 2.The prayer in the writ petition is innocuous in nature and the learned counsel for the petitioner also would submit that if the appeal dated 11.09.2016 filed and is pending before the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent is directed to be considered and an order to that effect is passed by the first respondent within a time frame fixed by this Court, the petitioner would be satisfied.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents. At their consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal.

4.In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the prayer sought for in the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to take up and decide the appeal filed by the petitioner on 11.09.2016, as against the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 09.09.2016, pertaining to the waiver of the agricultural loan availed by the petitioner from the 4th respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
