2. Heard both sides.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct Innisai Katcheri Programme on 29.08.2019 and Aadal Padal Programme on 30.08.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 09.08.2019 and the said request was rejected by the second respondent on the ground that there is a likelihood of law and order problem. Challenging the said order, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
4. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that now the respondent police is willing to consider the request of the petitioner.
5. In the above circumstances, since the respondent police is willing to consider the request of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent. On making such representation, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
