This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceeding in S.T.C.No.446 of 2018, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai.

2. On 13.02.2024, this Court directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, to submit a report regarding the stage of the case in S.T.C.No.446 of 2018.

3. Pursuant to the direction of this Court, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, submitted the report stating that S.T.C.No.446 of 2018 has disposed on 22.04.2018 itself.
