Prayer in W.P.(MD)No.18272 of 2019: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents and their subordinates to release the JCB vehicle bearing Reg.No.TN 55 BZ 6519 seized on 23.09.2018 which is now under the custody of the respondents to the petitioner.
