PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to strike of the proceedings that has been initiated by the respondents under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005 in DVOP No. 13 of 2021 before the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Madurai in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the eighth respondent seeking to call for the entire records pertaining to the proceedings initiated by the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Madurai in DVOP NO. 13 of 2021 and strike off the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondents filed a memo stating that he has no objection in allowing the revision petition in so far as the present petitioner alone is concerned based on the report of the Social Welfare Officer.

3. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition stands allowed and the order passed by the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Madurai in DVOP No.13 of 2021 stands set aside in respect of the present petitioner alone. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
