Prayer in CRL A (MD)No.333 of 2022:- This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14-A(2) of the Schedule Caste and the Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, to call for the records and set aside the order dated 18.04.2023 made in Cr.M.P.No.310 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court for Trialof cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Tuticoin and enlarge the appellant on bail ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.U.Mohammed Aslam Advocate for M/s. Ajmal Associates for the Petitioner and of R.Sivakumar Government Advocate for the 1st and 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8091 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD)No.333 of 2022, dated 21.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly till today, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.
