PRITHVIRAJ.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.10241 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- as non-refundable deposit. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is having many previous cases at his credit. Only on that ground, the said condition was imposed against him. 3.From the above, there is no reason to modify the above said order.
