PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.18 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 7 r/w 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 506(i) of I.P.C in Crime No.18 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner attempted to misbehave with the defacto complainant's younger daughter.

3. The petitioner is involved in eight other cases. The details of the pending cases are as follows:

4. Considering the nature of offence and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
