to call for the records relating to the impugned check list dated 10.07.2019 for the work namely providing BT Road at Ward No.5, Krishnathu Oorani (Care Colony) in Keeranur Town Panchayat under the Integrated Urban Development Mission (IUDM) 2018 - 2019 regarding technical bid evaluation and to quash the same in respect of rejecting the technical bid of the petitioner and accepting the technical bid of the tenth respondent and consequently to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to re-evaluate the technical bid of the petitioner in terms and conditions of the bid document and award the tender to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file an appeal and has also made an endorsement in this regard. 2.In the light of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an appeal in terms of Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998.
