ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner had given a representation dated 15.09.2021 before the respondent for endorsing the petition mentioned document as fraudulent. It is stated that the petitioner's complaint had already been taken cognizance and enquiry has already been initiated. The petitioner now wants the final order to be passed.

3. The respondent is directed to conclude enquiry after hearing the interested persons and pass final order within a period of eight weeks.
