ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order dated 26.06.2024 made in I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2024 in 1/4

O.S. No.108 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Thuraiyur, Trichy District, and allow this Civil Revision Petition.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he had no objection in ordering the Civil Revision Petitions as prayed for.

3. In view of the stand taken by the learned counsel for the respondent, these Civil Revision Petitions are allowed and the impugned orders are set aside. Considering the fact that the suit has been filed as early as in the year 2022, the Court below is directed to conclude the Subordinate Judge, Thuraiyur, Trichy District, to dispose of the suit in O.S. No.108 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
