Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11164 of 2026 P.DHANABAL , J., Today the matter has been listed 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the offence has been wrongly mentioned as 112(2) (b) instead of 111(2)(b) in the affidavit as well as the order of this Court. This typographical error may be corrected.

3. The learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) has no serious objection.

4. Considering the above said submissions, the typographical error in the offence has to be corrected.

Accordingly, the offence is corrected as 111(2)(b) instead of 112(2)(b).

6. Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy after carrying out the necessary corrections.
