ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned communication of the second respondent dated 21.06.2019 and consequently direct the second respondent to grant licence to the petitioner thereby permitting her to shift and locate the tea shop/canteen at the new combined Court campus situated within the premises of Sivagangai Collectorate from the existing place namely old Court campus within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the subject premises was allotted to third party in the public auction and the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
