PRAYER IN CRL A(MD)No.531/2019:

To call for the records relating to the judgment dated 23.10.2019 made in S.C.No.277 of 2016 on the file of Mahila Court (Fast Track Court), Thoothukudi and set aside the conviction and sentence imposed against the appellants/accused and allow above appeal by acquitting the accused.

Order: This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SULTHAN BASHA for M/S.AJMAL ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2901 of 2020 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.251 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.531 of 2019, dated 23.03.2020.

3. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) fairly admitted that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, this petition is allowed and the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court as and when required for interrogation.
