ORDER

The petitioner has filed an appeal dated 13.09.2021 before the Revenue Divisional Officer with regard to the sub-divisions made in the subject lands. With a grievance that the appeal proceedings is still pending without any progress, she has filed this writ petition. 2.Learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that enquiry is yet to be concluded on the petitioner's appeal. She further submitted that notice of enquiry has already been issued fixing the date of enquiry as 05.09.2023.

3.Considering the rival submissions made and also considering the fact that the appeal preferred by the petitioner is pending for more than three years, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to conclude the appeal proceedings and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
