The Petitioner seeks for a Mandamus to the respondent to consider his representation, dated 11.11.2016 through which he sought for registration of a sale deed in respect of the property bearing S.No.124/1B1A, Plot No.17, in Sankaraperi Village and Panchayat, Tuticorin District.

2.Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, based on instruction, submitted that the subject-matter property belongs to the Housing Board and therefore, the Housing Board informed the respondent not to register any such sale deed. If that be the case of the respondent, it is for him to communicate such reason to the Petitioner by passing an order on the representation of the Petitioner, dated 11.11.2016. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the Petitioner as well as the respondent, only with a direction to the respondent to pass orders on the representation of the Petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
