ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 & 3 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry on a complaint lodged by the fourth respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the dispute in between the two brothers. For which, 145 Cr.P.C., proceedings was also initiated in Crime No.164 of 2022. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
