Prayer in CRL RC(MD).No.50 of 2025:- This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Section 438 r/w 442 of BNSS, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed in Cr.M.P.No. 9544 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhithurai, dated 20.12.2024 and set aside the same by allowing the revision petition.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.Suresh, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.S. Manoj, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the Respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition no.10 (vi) imposed in Crl.R.C(MD)No.50 of 2025, dated 21.04.2025.

2. The condition imposed by this Court in Crl.R.C(MD)No.50 of 2025, dated 21.04.2025 i.e., the petitioner shall produce the vehicle before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai on the first working day of every English calendar month until further orders shall be modified as follows: "The petitioner shall produce the vehicle before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai on the first working day of every four months until further orders."

3. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered to the above said extent.
