This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax 1/4

the condition imposed by Principal Sessions Judge (FAC), Dindigul District, in Crl MP No.1127 of 2026 dated 03.06.2026. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the rival submissions made by either side, and considering the fact that the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- even before concluding the trial is onerious, the said condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge (FAC), Dindigul District, in Crl MP No.1127 of 2026 dated 03.06.2026 is relaxed and the other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
