JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) The first respondent had filed the writ petition challenging his suspension from the post of Secretary of N.N.181, Anjukottai Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society. The writ petition had come to be allowed directing his reinstatement to that post and parallelly, directing the completion of the enquiry, for which, a time frame was fixed by the Court. The Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies, aggrieved by that order, has instituted the present appeal. 2.Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader circulates proceedings under Na.Ka.No.3100/2020/C1 dated 29.02.2024 to the effect that pending this writ appeal, enquiry has been completed and the first respondent/writ petitioner has been visited with punishment of removal from service. We are unaware as to whether there is any challenge to the aforesaid order. In any event, nothing survives in the present appeal.

3.Recording the aforesaid, this writ appeal and the connected miscellaneous petition are closed. No costs.
