Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants this Court to forebear the respondents from putting up any road across the petition mentioned water body. The petitioner had already given a representation dated 02.02.2023. In response thereto, the Tahsildar, Usilampatti has informed the petitioner that the petition mentioned survey numbers namely, S.Nos.94, 104 and 366, Nadupatti Village have been classified as water channel and that there is no proposal to lay any thar road.

3.Recording the categorical stand of the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
