This petition has been taken out to condone the delay of 348 days in re-presenting the Second Appeal.

2.Independently, I have also gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition for condoning the delay, besides hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner and I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause.

3.Hence, this petition is allowed.

4.Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 22.06.2026.
