Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The cause of action arose in the State of Karnataka. Therefore, the petitioners have to necessarily move the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka. I am not in a position to entertain these writ petitions, because, I do not have the territorial jurisdiction over the matter. With liberty to the writ petitioners to move the High Court of Karnataka, these writ petitions are dismissed as not maintainable.
