ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A3, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in P.R.C.No.19 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, for the offences punishable under Sections 147 and 323 of IPC r/w Section 3 of PPDL Act, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in P.R.C.No.19 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant was issued against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

No.14374 of 2020 4.Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him.
