ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to take action against the respondents 4 & 5 for their illegal act based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2022.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is residing at Thiyagaraja Nagar, Tirunelveli. The respondents 4 & 5 approached the petitioner in the year 2019 and they introduced themselves as Singapore citizens and informed that if he is invested money in the online share market along with them, he will get more profit. On believing their words, he invested the huge amount. After three months, when he demanded his profit, they told that they would repay the same. Again, they approached him and informed that they are going to start a finance company and compelled him to join their business as one of the Board of Director in the said Finance Company. Thereafter, they started a Finance Company in the name and style of 'Kadhir Finance Ltd.,' on 29.10.2020.
Thereafter started Real Estate Company in the name of 'Kathir International Private Limited' by including the petitioner as a partner without his consent. When he has questioned about the accounts of the said companies, they informed him that all the companies were in loss. For which, the petitioner offered his property. However, they swindled the amount of Rs.3.5 Crores. Hence, the depositors made a complaint against the petitioner and the respondents 4 & 5. Thereby, he made a complaint before the first respondent on 29.07.2022 to take action against the respondents 4 & 5. But, till date, there was no action. Hence, the petitioner filed this petition with the above said prayer.
that this Court may issue a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2022 within a time stipulated by this Court.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 29.07.2022 will be considered in the manner known to law.
4.Accordingly, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
