The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the lathe workshop run by Kannan/writ petitioner, without proper licence, been closed by the owner himself on receipt of the notice dated 20.11.2021. The owner of the workshop also given a letter dated 23.11.2021 acknowledging the receipt of the proceedings of the Executive Officer/respondent herein and closure of his shop voluntarily. A photograph of the closed workshop is also annexed along with the letter dated 23.11.2021.
